ECC Sweden is part of the Consumer Agency. On Facebook, the Consumer Agency informs among other things about current consumer problems. We do not provide guidance on Facebook, but answer simple questions.

How the Swedish Consumer Agency handles comments on social media
The Swedish Consumer Agency reserves the right to remove its own and others’ comments and posts on the pages that we are on. In normal cases, this happens no earlier than three months. If the authority requests information, or receives comments and posts as input to a case, this is registered in our administration's register.
Comments and posts of an offensive or abusive nature are removed immediately. We do not inform about comments or posts that have been removed or transferred to the administration's register.
