ECC Sweden is a part of the Swedish Consumer Agency. We are located in Karlstad, Sweden. Here, we have the benefit of being able to work every day with issues that are important to everyone. We guide thousands of consumers every month.
We always advertise available positions on the agency’s bulletin board and often also on recruitment websites, in newspapers and social media. As a government agency, we are subject to the principle of public access to official documents. This means that if anyone requests copies of, for example, application documents, we are obliged to release them.
Appealing decisions
When the recruitment process is complete, the agency makes an employment decision that is posted on the Swedish Consumer Agency’s official bulletin board in Karlstad. Within the State, there is a possibility for applicants to appeal the employment decision. The appeal must have been received by the agency within three weeks; otherwise the employment decision gains legal force.
